Anyone else notice how volatile the trading has been the last week? It's as if the traders aren't sure if the bottom is going to fall out of the market or if its going to post another bear market rally.
Judging by the fundamentals, it should certainly go lower. (If you're looking for a 10-15% annual return. If you're looking for a 6-8% then now may be the time to buy.) However, the technicals are often in control of the direction in the short term.
